Service Reference / NotesPublication is not necessary because the Minnesota SOS, Steve Simon does not require any proof of publication. If anyone challenges this (as in a court proceeding), you can easily publish the MBN in a local news publication at that time. Don't waste your time or money...the publisher really does not want you doing this anyway which is why I posted/uploaded the original first time ever filing of the MBN way back in 2014. The news publication called "FINANCE AND COMMERCE" is a very old institution and the CEO of that company actually called me after I threatened to have the MBN file a lawsuit against his person for defamation and attempting to taint my "good name".
